Buglary Commercial

Warning: Not for the faint of heart

Where's the commercial where the guy shoots two perps in the back for stealing his neighbor's TV? Or the one where the kid shoots himself in the head with an uzi at a gun show?

Dunno, post them.

Never could figure out why you love thieves so much. It's never been a particularly safe profession as getting busted, shot, dogbit, etc is part of the equation.

I think I know of the uzi accident you mentioned. It did not happen at a gun show. Anyone who's been to one knows they don't allow any loaded guns much less firing them.

Sorry, it was at a gun fair, which is totally different than a gun show. I'm obviously one of those anti-Americans who wonder why the hell an eight year old should be firing an uzi.

hahaha, that is the most awesome commercial.

didn't the guy that shot the perps in the back get the charges dropped?

Gaylord: There's been a boatload of such incidents. It all depends on the state laws and the mindset of the public. In TX the law and general public tend to side against thieves, muggers, rapists, et al and allow citizens to defend life & property. Call us weird...

There was one that happened in Houston last summer that got a lot of press where the guy was on the phone with the 911 operator while he watched the house next-door got burglarized. They were leaving with the loot before the cops could get away from Krispe-Creme so he confronted and killed both of them. I'm guessing you're talking about this one??? Yes, the Harris county grand jury no-billed that man.

Incidents in the northeast states generally favor the other side.

As for the uzi, I have fired a select-fire uzi on auto. The recoil is negligable, as is the muzzle rise. It's just a 9mm round, nothing like the 556 round in the M4/M16 or the 762 round you may have some experience with. You'd basically have to TRY to shoot yourself with it, same as any other gun. It got a lot of press because it was full-auto.

yep, that's the one I was talking about. Those thieve's wouldn't be dead or injured if they "hadn't been robbing the place" to begin with. they get all that they desereve IMO.

and while some may say, "what gives you the right to say who should die" I would counter to say "what gives you the right to say who should live"

:)
